  • Our Full Facility can accommodate up to 350 guest, while our Banquet Hall accommodates up to 300 guests, and our Courtyard and Tavern provide flexible options for smaller gatherings ranging from 50-100 guests.

  • Yes, we allow guests to hire outside caterers that are licensed. Client must provide caterer documentation prior to booking.

  • No. Due to our licensing, Bella on the Vine does not allow clients to bring in their own alcohol. We have a large variety of liquors, spirits, cordials, wine and beer, with many drink packages as well.

  • While we have a list of vendors we highly recommend, our clients can select the vendors they choose. Each vendor will need to be approved by our venue manager.

  • We have a well-lit and paved parking lot with over 100 spots available for your guests. With VIP and handicap spots in the front and side of the venue.

  • Yes, we allow sparklers outside of the building for your grand (or mock) exit.

  • Yes, we have an in-house coordinator with 10+ years of experience. (Available for an additional fee)

  • No, but we do highly recommend.

  • To lock in the date, we require a non-refundable booking fee of $250, as well as a signed contract.

  • No. However, the client will be responsible if there is excessive damage to the facility.

Guest Specific Questions

  • Yes, our venue is fully accessible and includes designated parking, ramps, and accessible restrooms.

  • We recommend guests arrive 15–30 minutes before the scheduled ceremony time to ensure a prompt start and enjoy welcome refreshments, if applicable.

  • Dress codes are determined by the host. We recommend checking the couple’s invitation or wedding website for attire suggestions.

  • Yes, overnight parking is allowed, but we ask that all vehicles be picked up by 10 AM the next morning.

  • Yes, our staff and/or the event coordinator will be present to welcome guests and guide them to the ceremony or reception areas.

  • This depends on the client’s preference. Some events are family-friendly, while others may be adults-only. Please check with your event host.

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor area in front of venue.

  • Outside snacks are allowed for small gatherings or in designated spaces with prior approval. However, we now offer a variety of pre-packaged snacks, sodas, and juices available for purchase on-site for your convenience.

  • No. For the safety and comfort of all guests, weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on venue property—even with a license.

  • Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi. The network name and password will be provided on-site.
